We offer a variety of accommodations to our guests which include heat/air conditioning, cable TV, free wireless Internet, microwaves, coffee makers and complimentary coffee, refrigerators, am/fm clock radios and daily housekeeping.

Motel Rooms: All rooms have private full baths with either two double beds, one queen or one king size bed.

Suites: Most with two double beds and equipped kitchenette, and private full baths. Our Suites will comfortably accommodate 4 persons.

One Room Suites: A separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a living area with a twin size bed and full size pull out couch. Also has a fully equipped kitchenette and a full private bath. Some do come with screened in porches. Our One Room Suites will comfortably accommodate 4-6 persons.

Apartment: Two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, the other with a full size bed and a twin size bed. Also has a fully equipped kitchen with a private full bath and a large screened in porche. Weekly rentals that will accommodate 4-6 persons. Perfect for families!

Deposits:

A $400.00 deposit is required for weekly reservations.
A one night stay deposit is necessary for shorter stays.
Balance is due upon arrival = payable by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash or USD & Travelers Check. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

1. A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the Ne’r Beach Motel and you. It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you on the dates indicated, and it assures that we can turn away other potential quests for the dates indicated.

2. Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received at least Ten (10) days prior to arrival date.

3. Cancellations received in advance of Ten (10) days will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

4. It is understood that the Ne’r Beach Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.

5. There will be NO REFUND for early departure and cancelation received for same day arrival. Guest will be charge full amount of reservation.

All of our motel rooms are non-smoking. A $200 fee will incur if you smoke in or in the doorway of any rooms.
Pets are $35 per day and are only allowed in designated pet friendly rooms.

A $200 cleaning fee will incur if a pet is in a non-pet room. Credit card pet deposits are required for undisclosed accidents.

**For any reservation that does not notify the office of pets or extra guests when reservation is made, the Office has the right to apply the appropriate charges before, during or after the reservation checkout date***

No-Show and Early Departure Policy: In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund or partial refund will be issued. Guests will be responsible for the full amount of their intended stay.
